Common use of Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Efficiency and Cost Effectiveness. Contractor represents, warrants and covenants that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a cost-effective and efficient manner consistent with the required level of quality and performance set forth in the Service Level Agreement.
