Common use of Effectuate Clause in Contracts

Effectuate. a Transfer in connection with the sale or transfer of all or any portion of the outstanding stock of Tenant. Tenant agrees to give Landlord written notice within thirty (30) days of any Transfer described in (b)(i) through (v) above. No Transfer described in (b)(i) through (v) shall be deemed to release Tenant from any obligations under this Lease unless specifically agreed to in writing by Landlord.
