Effectuate Sample Clauses

Effectuate a license with restrictions specified herein, not a transfer of ownership, to the Customer, and preserve all copyright and other intellectual property right notices of CYBG;

Effectuate a Transfer in connection with the sale or transfer of all or any portion of the outstanding stock of Tenant. Landlord does not have to recognize an assignee of a Transfer described in (c) (i) through (v) until such time as Landlord has received written notice of such Transfer and the assignee has agreed in writing to observe all of the obligations of Tenant hereunder. Tenant agrees to give ▇▇▇▇▇ord written notice within thirty (30) days of any Transfer described in (c) (i) through (v) above. No Transfer shall be deemed to release Tenant from any obligations under this Lease unless specifically agreed to in writing by Landlord. which agreement may be withheld by Landlord in its sole discretion.
