Common use of Effective Date and Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effective Date and Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall be effective and commence on November 27, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), and shall remain in effect for a term of ten (10) years thereafter. Each year upon the anniversary of the Effective Date, such initial term will automatically be extended as provided in Section 2 below, subject to cancellation as provided in Section 6 below.
