EFFECTIVE AND TERMINATION DATES. This MOU shall become effective the pay period including January 1, 2013, and will continue in effect through December 31, 2015. During the period covered by this MOU any items concerning wages, and fringe benefits provided by this MOU shall remain in effect unless the parties agree to revise the same by a written modification to this MOU, subject to the limitations expressed in Section 3504 of the Government Code.
