Effective and Termination Dates. This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective January 1, 2016, and will continue in effect through December 31, 2020, with respect to all employees covered by this agreement. During the period covered by the Memorandum of Understanding, any items concerning wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment provided by this Memorandum of Understanding shall remain in effect unless the parties agree to revise the same by a written modification to this Memorandum of Understanding, subject to the limitations expressed in Section 3504 of the Government Code.

All other terms and conditions of the 2010-2013 Teamsters Master Labor Agreement, including side letters, shall remain unchanged. It is agreed that in the event that either party should exercise its rights under the paragraph last above set out, they will for a period of sixty (60) days prior to June 30, 2016, bargain exclusively with each other with respect to all wage rates, working conditions, and hours of employment for the work herein covered. If no Agreement has been entered into at the expiration of said sixty (60) day period, then this Agreement shall there upon cease and terminate, and the parties shall be free to negotiate with whomsoever they please.
