Effect on Other Written Agreements. Bank intends the provisions of this Section 6 relating to a termination for Good Reason to be consistent with any similar terms and conditions contained in any separate written employment agreement to which Employee may be a party, but to the extent any separate written employment agreement contains different terms relating to a termination for Good Reason, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail in all cases following a Change in Control.
