Effect of Wilmington Trust Documents. The parties acknowledge and agree that no provision contained in any of the Intercreditor Collateral Trust Agreement or the Wilmington Trust Security Documents shall be considered to amend or otherwise provide or serve as a basis for interpreting any provision, term or covenant contained in the Master Agreement or any other Security Document, except as expressly set forth in Section 2.5 above.
