Effect of Termination Survival. The termination or suspension of an individual Order Form, Business Partner order or any Red Hat Products purchased from Red Hat or a Business Partner will not terminate or suspend any other Order Form, Business Partner order, Red Hat Product or the remainder of the Agreement unless specified in the notice of termination or suspension. If the Agreement is terminated in whole, all outstanding Order Form(s), Business Partner orders and Services will terminate.
