Common use of Effect of Termination for Convenience or Similar Grounds Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination for Convenience or Similar Grounds. (a) The Architectural Designer shall be entitled to payment from the School District for any Services satisfactorily performed and Reimbursable Expenses incurred in accordance with the provisions of this Contract prior to the effective date of termination.
