Common use of Effect of Termination for Cause Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination for Cause. In the event of termination of Executive for cause as set forth in Section 6.1, or a voluntary termination by Executive, Executive shall have no right to any bonuses, salaries, benefits or entitlements other than those accrued or required by law or specifically provided under the terms of the applicable agreement, instrument or plan document. Payment of any further bonuses or other salaries claimed by Executive will be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company and Executive will have no entitlement thereto.

Payment of any further bonuses or other salaries claimed by Executive will be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company Corporation and Executive will have no entitlement thereto.
