Effect of Temporary Suspension. Your obligation to pay fees remains unaffected. If you can reasonably remedy the cause of the suspension or limitation, we will notify you of the actions that you must take to reinstate the Services. The suspension or limitation will be lifted as soon as the reason for such suspension or limitation no longer exists. Our right to terminate pursuant to Section 10 and all other rights and remedies we may have remain unaffected.

We may charge you additional Fees on a time and materials basis at our then current rates for the re-establishment of Services following a suspension.

If Customer can reasonably remedy the cause of the suspension or limitation, Enlighted will notify Customer of the actions that Customer must take to reinstate the Cloud Services. Enlighted’s right to terminate pursuant to Section 9.3 and all other Enlighted’s rights and remedies remain unaffected.
