Effect of Repeal. Neither the amendment nor repeal of this paragraph 7, nor the adoption of any amendment hereto, nor, to the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, any modification of law, will eliminate or reduce the effect of this paragraph 7 in respect of any acts or omissions occurring prior to such amendment, repeal, adoption or modification.
