Common use of Effect of Payments Clause in Contracts

Effect of Payments. Each payment by the Borrower to the Agent for the account of any Bank pursuant to Section 2.15(a) shall be deemed to constitute payment by the Borrower directly to such Bank, provided, however, that in the event any such payment by the Borrower to the Agent is required to be returned to the Borrower for any reason whatsoever, then the Borrower's obligation to such Bank with respect to such payment shall be deemed to be automatically reinstated.

Effect of Payments. Each payment by the Borrower to the Agent for the account of any Bank pursuant to Section 2.15(a2.14(a) shall be deemed to constitute payment by the Borrower directly to such Bank, provided, however, that in the event any such payment by the Borrower to the Agent is required to be returned to the Borrower for any reason whatsoever, then the Borrower's ’s obligation to such Bank with respect to such payment shall be deemed to be automatically reinstated.
