Effect of License on Section 7. Upon the execution of a License Agreement by the Parties with respect to any Invention or Copyrightable Work, and any Intellectual Property Right covering such Invention or Copyrightable Work, all rights and obligations of the Parties with respect to such Intellectual Property Rights, including without limitation IP Costs, incurred on or after the date of such execution, shall be governed by the terms of such License Agreement.

The Engineer may not make any use of the registered TxDOT trademark logo on any other materials or documents unless it first submits that request in writing to the State and receives approval for the proposed use. The Engineer agrees that it shall not alter, modify, dilute, or otherwise misuse the registered TxDOT trademark logo or bring it into disrepute.
