Effect of Federal Payments. The Recipient agrees that any federal payment made for a cost incurred that is supported by its Underlying Agreement does not constitute the Federal Government’s final decision about the eligibility of the cost for payment with federal assistance provided through the Underlying Agreement, or a waiver of any violation of any federal law, regulation, requirement, guidance, the Underlying Agreement or this Master Agreement.
