Effect of Exhibit. This Exhibit is a modification of the Agreement only to the extent specifically provided. If there is any conflict between the terms of this Exhibit and the terms of the Agreement, the terms of this Exhibit shall control. Otherwise the terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as provided therein. Terms used in this Exhibit that are defined in the Agreement shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement.
