Common use of Effect of Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Adjustment. The Conversion Price as adjusted pursuant to this Section 11.7 shall apply, with effect from and including the Effective Date, to each Note for which the Conversion Date has not occurred prior to the Effective Date. Any such adjustment shall be subject to any subsequent adjustment pursuant to this Indenture.

Effect of Adjustment.
