Effect of Acceptance. Acceptance of the VESSEL as above provided shall be final and binding in so far as conformity of the VESSEL to this Contract and Specifications is concerned and shall preclude the BUYER from refusing formal delivery of the VESSEL as hereinafter provided, if the SELLER complies with all other requirements for delivery as provided in ARTICLE VII hereof. However, the BUYER’s acceptance, of the VESSEL shall not affect the BUYER’s right under ARTICLE IX hereof and/or under law.
