EFFECT AND DURATION. 2.1 The Parties agree that this Service Contract shall take effect on and from 01/11/2021. 2.2 The duration of the performance of the Services shall not exceed 20 months. Performance of the Services shall start from the date of entry into force of this Service Contract. 2.3 The period of performance of the Services may be extended only with the express written agreement of the Parties before such period elapses.
