EFFECT AND DURATION. A. This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties on all matters which were or could have been the subject of negotiations. During the term of this Agreement, neither party shall be required to negotiate with respect to any other matter, whether or not covered by this Agreement, or whether or not within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time they negotiated or executed this Agreement, except as required by Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974.
EFFECT AND DURATION. This agreement will take effect when signed and ratified by both parties. It will remain in full force and effect through the 30th day of June, 20182021, except to the extent that modification is required in order to respond to changes in statute or regulation or to binding court decisions. In this event, the parties will meet no later than the 15th day of March, 20182021, to negotiate with respect to a successor agreement. SGF is currently scheduled to conclude in 31st December 2016 and ER-flow in 31st August 2014. As such, this Memorandum of Understanding will conclude in December 2016.
