Educational Tools. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, media reference facilities, maps, globes, laboratory equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. The parties shall confer from time to time for the purpose of improving the selection and use of such educational tools, and the Board undertakes to implement all joint decisions thereon made by its representatives and members of the teaching staff. Final decision for selection of the above items rests with the Board.
