Educational Resources. As part of this agreement and upon approval from JCSD, TSC agrees to provide a member of our staff twice per fiscal year to speak on current issues involving the HVAC profession to a HVAC class in Technology Center. This presentation will be coordinated with the instructor that is directing the program. The speaker will be involved in a managerial, or lead technician role.
