EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT. 11.1 The Board shall reimburse employees for educational development programs such as courses, workshops, conferences, and seminars. This would include all related fees, books, materials, and equipment. The programs shall be at the election of the employee. These programs shall be within the context of the employee’s assignment and/or educational development plan. The employee’s administrative supervisor shall make approval for reimbursement.
