Educational Campaign. 9. CMS will engage in a nationwide educational campaign, as set forth in the following Sections IX.10 through IX.14, which will use written materials and interactive forums with providers and contractors, to communicate the SNF, home health, and OPT maintenance coverage standards and the IRF coverage standards as set forth in Sections IX.6 through IX.8.

Educational Campaign. Over the three (3) years following the Effective Date, the CRAs shall conduct a credit reporting-themed educational campaign (the “Campaign”) through which they shall create, distribute, and present messages designed to educate consumers on specific topics relating to credit reporting (the “Educational Content”) and distribute the Educational Content through unpaid placements of public service announcements (“PSAs”), internet chats and other online content, and paid placements in print, radio and television media as specified further below.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Educational Services Any service or supply for education, training or retraining services or testing including: special education, remedial education; cognitive remediation; wilderness/outdoor treatment, therapy or adventure programs (whether or not the program is part of a Residential Treatment facility or otherwise licensed institution); job training or job hardening programs; educational services and schooling or any such related or similar program including therapeutic programs within a school setting.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses.
