Common use of Educational Administrators Clause in Contracts

Educational Administrators. 19.1 The parties agree that progression through classification level EAL1 will be subject to: • annual increment, and • managerial approval of an employee’s satisfactory conduct, diligence and efficiency; and • the employee having received a salary at a particular classification and paypoint for a period of at least 12 months from the certification of this agreement. 19.2 EAL2 and EAL3 are separate classifications and do not involve incremental progression.
