Editing Services Clause Samples
Editing Services. Unless You have purchased editing Services pursuant to a Service Order, We will not edit Your Manuscript in preparation of the final Work. If You purchase editing Services pursuant to a Service Order, You will retain final approval with respect to all suggested editing changes proposed by Us.
Editing Services. Publisher will provide editing services for the Work (the “Editing Services”). In providing the Editing Services, Publisher may make typographical, spelling, and grammatical changes to the Contribution without Writer’s consent and shall have the right to make any revision to the Contribution which it may deem desirable in the interests of uniformity and style of the Work. If Publisher, at its sole discretion, sends the copyedited manuscript to the Writer, Writer shall make any revisions and corrections and return it within one (1) week of receipt.
Editing Services. Studio provides the following Editing services:
1. Background Noise Reduction1;
2. Normalization2;
3. Tracking3;
4. Removal4;
5. CD Mastering5; and
6. Splicing and other advanced Editing.
i. To ensure accuracy of Editing, Studio reserves the right to request Producer to provide copies of musical scores.
Editing Services. If you have ordered editing services, you must provide us with a satisfactory work product from which to edit, as determined by Resume Place.
Editing Services. EditWorks shall as a primary responsibility provide or supervise editing services for Infomercial productions subject to the direction and specifications of RIMC.
