Edging. a. Edge all shrub pits, shrub beds, and tree pits once a month throughout the life of the project such that the vee-cut edging detail specified on the plans is maintained. Prevent grass and weeds from growing over or into the shrub beds and tree pits. b. Use equipment specifically designed for edging. Line trimming equipment shall not be used.
