ECM Failure Sample Clauses

The ECM Failure clause defines the procedures and responsibilities in the event of a failure of the Engine Control Module (ECM) within a system or equipment. Typically, this clause outlines the steps for diagnosing, reporting, and repairing ECM malfunctions, and may specify which party is responsible for costs or replacement. By clearly allocating responsibility and setting out a process for addressing ECM failures, the clause helps minimize operational downtime and disputes, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and fairly.
