NetIQ agrees to provide Tech Data, upon signing this ----------- Agreement and at any time thereafter that NetIQ modifies or adds Products distributed or to be distributed by Tech Data, with the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for each of NetIQ's Products, and information as to whether or not any of such Products are classified under the U.S. Munitions List.
ECCN/Export. Red Hat agrees to provide Tech Data, upon signing this Agreement and at any time thereafter that Red Hat modifies or adds Products distributed or to be distributable by Tech Data, with the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for each of Red Hat's Products, and information as to whether or not any of such Products are classified under the U.S. Munitions List.
ECCN/Export. Trancell agrees to provide Tech Data, upon signing this ----------- Agreement and at any time thereafter that Trancell modifies or adds Products distributed or to be distributed by Tech Data, with the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for each of Trancell's Products, and information as to whether or not any of such Products are classified under the U.S. Munitions List.
ECCN/Export. AltiGen agrees to provide Tech Data, upon signing this ----------- Agreement and at any time thereafter that AltiGen modifies or adds Products distributed or to be distributed by Tech Data, with the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for each of AltiGen's Products, and information as to whether or not any of such Products are classified under the U.S. Munitions List.
ECCN/Export. USGN agrees to provide Vitusa, upon signing this Agreement and at any time thereafter that USGN modifies or adds Products distributed or to be distributed by Vitusa, with the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for USGN's Products, and information as to whether or not any of such Products are classified under the U.S. Munitions List.
ECCN/Export. Castelle agrees to provide Tech Data, upon signing this Agreement and at any time thereafter that Castelle modifies or adds Products distributed or to be distributed by Tech Data, with the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for each of Castelle’s Products, and information as to whether or not any of such Products are classified under the U.S. Munitions List.

Piranha agrees to provide Tech Data, upon signing this Agreement and at any time thereafter that Piranha modifies or adds Products distributed or to be distributed by Tech Data, with the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for each of Piranha's Products, and information as to whether or not any of such Products are classified under the U.S. Munitions List.
