No Export in this column means these varieties are not available to export to the United States. Varieties with nothing in this column are eligible for export to the US with written permission from SeCan PRIOR to the sale and export. Permission is required for export sales of any class of seed (including Certified) on all crop kinds. Some varieties may also be sold internationally - contact the SeCan office for more information.

Examples of No Export in a sentence

  • No Export Approvals for the transfer of export licenses to Parent or the Surviving Entity are required, or such Export Approvals can be obtained expeditiously without material cost.

  • No Export Approvals for the transfer of export licenses to Purchaser are required for the consummation of the Acquisition.
