Common use of Easement Purpose Clause in Contracts

Easement Purpose. For the installation, construction, and laying of water distribution and transmission lines and related facilities (collectively, the “Facilities”) over and across the Easement Property, and afterwards, for the access to and the operation, use, inspection, maintenance, replacement, repair, upgrade, parallel, and removal of those Facilities.
