Easement Purpose. The "Easement Purpose" shall be for the purposes set forth in the C&M Agreement. Any improvements to be constructed in connection with the Easement Purpose are referred to herein as "Improvements" and shall be constructed, located, configured and maintained by Grantee in strict accordance with the terms of this Easement Agreement and the C&M Agreement.
Easement Purpose. The "Easement Purpose" shall be for the purposes set forth in the Overpass Agreement. Any improvements to be constructed in connection with the Easement Purpose are referred to herein as "Improvements" and shall be constructed, located, configured and maintained by Grantee in strict accordance with the terms of this Easement Agreement and the Overpass Agreement.
Easement Purpose. The Water Line Easement and rights and privileges herein granted shall be used for the purposes of accessing, excavating for, laying, constructing, placing, operating, maintaining, reconstructing, replacing, rebuilding, upgrading, renewing, removing, inspecting, patrolling, changing, modifying, or repairing the Project (as hereinafter defined), or any part of the Project, and making connections therewith.
Easement Purpose. For providing free and uninterrupted pedestrian and vehicular ingress to and egress from the Dominant Estate Property, to and from Xxxxx Court, a public street located in the City of Granbmy, Hood County, Texas. Consideration: TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency ofwhich are hereby acknowledged by Grantor. Reservations from Conveyance: None.
Easement Purpose. The Easement is granted for the sole purpose of constructing, operating, maintaining, and repairing a drainage improvement (the “Drainage Improvement”). The Easement is for the non- exclusive benefit of the Dominant Estate Property. Consideration: For and in consideration of the sum of TEN and NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to Grantor paid by the CITY OF SCHERTZ (“Grantee”), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged by Xxxxxxx.
Easement Purpose. The Easement is granted for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and operating, on, within and under the Easement Premises, a ground water treatment plant and related facilities and improvements, including, but not limited to, driveways, curbs, landscaping, utility lines, and appurtenances thereto (the “Water Treatment Improvements”) and for no other purpose.
Easement Purpose. To erect, construct, install, and lay and thereafter access and use, operate, inspect, repair, maintain, replace, upgrade, parallel and remove water transmission and/or distribution lines and appurtenances erection, and related facilities (collectively, the "Facilities").
Easement Purpose. For the installation, construction, and laying of water distribution and transmission lines and related facilities (collectively, the “Facilities”) over and across the Easement Property, and afterwards, for the access to and the operation, use, inspection, maintenance, replacement, repair, upgrade, parallel, and removal of those Facilities. Consideration: The sum of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which Grantor acknowledges. This consideration shall constitute payment in full for all damages that Grantor sustains during the installation of the Facilities only. Reservations from Conveyance: None.
Easement Purpose. The Easement shall be for the use and maintenance of a non- public road for pedestrian and vehicular access by the Grantees, and the State of Colorado to certain property leased by YVEA to the County located at 00000 Xxxxxxxx Xx., Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 (hereafter “YVEA Property”) and used or to be used by the Grantees for communications facilities for the operations of Grantees, and more particularly described on Exhibit “A” as PARCEL OF LAND BOOK 247, PAGE 140 BOOK 247, PAGE 331. The Easement shall not be used to access communications facilities operated by or for the benefit of parties other than the Grantees or the State of Colorado, such as third party private or non-profit telecommunications providers, broadcasters or similar entities or for access to any property other than the YVEA Property. To this end the conveyance includes all rights and privileges as are necessary or incidental to the reasonable and proper uses of the Easement for the purposes enumerated above. Nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed to give the public any right of access across the Easement notwithstanding the fact that it is being granted to governmental entities.
Easement Purpose. The "Easement Purpose" shall be for the maintenance, repair, replacement of the existing bridge located on the Premises for the purpose of providing freight rail transportation and pedestrian access/trail (referred to herein as "Improvements") by Grantee. The Improvements shall be constructed, located, configured and maintained by Grantee in strict accordance with the terms of this Easement Agreement and the Plans and Specifications (as hereinafter defined) approved as set forth in Section 2.
