Easement Purpose Clause Samples

The Easement Purpose clause defines the specific reasons or activities for which an easement is granted over a property. It typically outlines what the easement holder is permitted to do, such as accessing land for utilities, pathways, or maintenance, and may set boundaries on the types of use allowed. By clearly stating the intended use, this clause helps prevent disputes by ensuring both parties understand the scope and limitations of the easement rights.
