EARLY TERMINATION OF EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT. This Agreement may be terminated by either Party before the expiration of the Employment Period for any reason, but subject to the terms, conditions and remedies set forth in this Section 6, which shall provide the sole and exclusive remedy for any such termination.
