Early Termination Effective Date Sample Clauses
The Early Termination Effective Date clause defines the specific date on which a contract or agreement is considered terminated before its originally scheduled end. In practice, this clause is triggered when one or both parties exercise a right to end the agreement early, such as due to breach, mutual consent, or other specified events. By clearly establishing when the contractual obligations cease, the clause ensures both parties know exactly when their rights and duties under the agreement conclude, thereby preventing disputes and providing certainty in the event of early termination.
