Common use of Early Intervention Clause in Contracts

Early Intervention. In the event that a Supervisor has reasonable concerns about a Graduate Assistant's performance, they shall meet with the Graduate Assistant as soon as practicable to discuss such concerns and provide the necessary guidance and support for the Graduate Assistant to improve.

Early Intervention. In the event that a Supervisor has reasonable concerns about a Graduate Assistant's Student Employee’s performance, they shall meet with the Graduate Assistant Student Employee as soon as practicable to discuss such concerns and provide the necessary guidance and support for the Graduate Assistant Student Employee to improve.
