Common use of Early Intervention Clause in Contracts

Early Intervention. In the event that a Supervisor has reasonable concerns about a Graduate Student Employee’s performance, they shall meet with the Graduate Student Employee as soon as practicable to discuss such concerns and provide the necessary guidance and support for the Graduate Student Employee to improve.

Early Intervention. In the event that a Supervisor has reasonable concerns about a Graduate Student Employee’s Assistant's performance, they shall meet with the Graduate Student Employee Assistant as soon as practicable to discuss such concerns and provide the necessary guidance and support for the Graduate Student Employee Assistant to improve.

Early Intervention. In the event that If a Supervisor has reasonable concerns about a Graduate Student Employee’s Worker's job performance, they the Supervisor shall meet with the Graduate Student Employee Worker as soon as practicable to discuss such concerns and provide the necessary guidance and support for the Graduate Student Employee Worker to improve.
