E9 Audit and the National Audit Office. E9.1 The Contractor shall keep and maintain until six [6] years after the Contract has been completed, or as long a period as may be agreed between the Parties, full and accurate records of the Contract including the Services provided under it, all expenditure reimbursed by XXX, and all payments made by XXX. The Contractor shall on request afford XXX or XXX’x representatives such access to those records as may be required by XXX in connection with the Contract.
