E ntire Agreement. Grantee and Grantor acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between them and that no promises, terms, or conditions not recited, incorporated or referenced herein, including prior agreements or oral discussions, shall be binding upon either Grantee or Grantor.
