Functions and Activities on Covered Behalf. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, the parties hereby agree that Business Associate shall be permitted to use and/or disclose Protected Health Information provided or made available by the Covered Entity (or another business associate of the Covered Entity) only for the purpose of conducting the transactions contemplated for the Business Associate under the underlying Subcontractor Contract and only for purposes within the scope of such underlying Subcontractor Contract.
