Dénonciation. 1. Toute Partie contractante peut dénoncer le présent Accord par notification écrite adressée au Secrétaire général de l'Organisation des Nations Unies. 2. La dénonciation prend effet un an après la date de réception de ladite notification par le Secrétaire général.
