Dwelling. A house, apartment, or condominium unit, trailer, group of rooms, or a single room intended for occupancy as separate living quarters with direct access from the outside of the building or through a common hall and with complete kitchen facilities for the exclusive use of the occupants, including rental units contained in a multi-unit structure or complex which are licensed by the State Department of Business Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, as “apartments”, and “rental condominiums”.
