Dwelling. Tenant is only entitled to occupy the dwelling listed above. This Lease does not entitle the Tenant to use of any area outside of the dwelling including, but not limited to, the attic, basement or the garage without written permission from the Landlord. Tenant is not to paint any part of the apartment without prior written permission from the Landlord.
Dwelling. The land and buildings (if any) as sold hereby and inspected by the purchaser is sold on the basis of existing improvements thereon and the purchaser shall not make any requisition or claim any compensation for any deficiency or defect in the said improvements as to their suitability for occupation or otherwise including any requisition in relation to the issue or non issue of Building Permits and/or completion of inspections by the relevant authorities in respect of any improvements herein.
Dwelling which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary has constructed or is constructing on a Developed Lot which has been designated as a Dwelling Lot.

A house, apartment, or condominium unit, trailer, group of rooms, or a single room intended for occupancy as separate living quarters with direct access from the outside of the building or through a common hall and with complete kitchen facilities for the exclusive use of the occupants, including rental units contained in a multi-unit structure or complex which are licensed by the State Department of Business Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, as “apartments”, and “rental condominiums”.

WATER LEAKS: Tenant is to notify the Landlord immediately if Tenant notices any running water in the faucets in the kitchen, bathroom sink, bathtub or any other faucets. If the toilet is running and does not shut off properly, Tenant is to notify Landlord immediately. If Tenant does not notify Landlord of any water leaks and it is determined that the water xxxx is in excess because of this leak, Tenant will be responsible financially for paying the difference in the water xxxx.

Dwelling. Dwelling" means a new building, not previously occupied, constructed for the purpose of habitation; but does not include appurtenant recreational facilities, detached garages, driveways, walkways, patios, boundary walls, retaining walls not necessary for the structural stability of the dwelling, landscaping, fences, nonpermanent construction materials, off-site improvements, and all other similar items.
Dwelling. The Parties acknowledge that the original dwelling was built in 1957 and had a footprint of 720 square feet, and further acknowledge that the dwelling was expanded at some point after 1957 and currently has a footprint of 840 square feet (884 square feet including roof overhangs, as shown on Exhibit A). In 1995, the Town issued to a prior owner of the Property a building permit (#95-125) authorizing the installation of a “new foundation under existing cottage.” Because the NOV acknowledges that the footprint of all structures within the shore setback as of January 1, 1989 “appears to be one thousand one hundred fifty-six (1,156) square feet”, which would allow for an expansion of up to a total of one thousand five hundred two point eight (1,502.8) square feet, the Parties agree that any future expansion of the footprint of any structure within the shoreland setback must comply with this limit under the SZO in effect at time of permit submission.
Dwelling. We cover the dwelling and materials and supplies located on or adjacent to the residence premises for use in the construction, alteration, or re- pair of the dwelling or other structures on the resi- dence premises.
