Duties Service Sample Clauses

Duties Service. Vice President shall faithfully discharge his responsibilities and perform all duties as generally performed by the Vice President of Sales of a comparable entity, including any duties set forth in the Bylaws of the Company related to the position and those duties prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors. Vice President agrees to devote full time and attention to the performance of his duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Company and in furtherance of its best interests. Vice President agrees to comply with all policies, standards and regulations of the Company now existing or hereafter promulgated. Upon commencing work with the Company, Vice President agrees to immediately resign from the board of directors of any entity that engages in any business that competes with or represents a conflict with the business of the Company as determined in the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company.
