DUTIES OF USAA LIFE. USAA Life shall administer the affairs of the Trust and provide related services required for the operation of the Funds; provided, that USAA Life shall not have any obligation to provide under this Agreement any services related to the distribution of Fund shares or any other services which are the subject of a separate agreement or arrangement between the Trust and USAA Life or its affiliates with respect to the Funds. Subject to the foregoing, USAA Life shall provide the following services and facilities to the Trust:
