Common use of Duties of SDC Clause in Contracts

Duties of SDC. (i) SDC shall permit any willing Dentist who desires to apply for participation in the plan an opportunity to apply at any time during the year. SDC shall not discriminate against any willing Dentist who is located within the geographic coverage area of SDC, and is willing to meet the terms and conditions for participation established by SDC.
