DUTIES OF HOSPITAL. HOSPITAL agrees to provide services of an Athletic Trainer (a licensed physical therapist, licensed by the State of Iowa, or a certified athletic trainer, certified by the NATA Board of Certification) in accordance with the following general schedule of understanding.
