DUTIES OF FRANCHISEE. 5.1 Franchisee understands and acknowledges that every detail of the System is important to Franchisee, the Franchisor, and other franchisees for the purpose of developing and maintaining high operating standards and system-wide uniformity to increase the demand for the services rendered by all the Centers under the System, and to protect the Franchisor's reputation and goodwill.

DUTIES OF FRANCHISEE. 5.1 Franchisee understands and acknowledges that every detail of the System is important to Franchisee, the Franchisor, Franchisor and other franchisees for operating under the purpose of developing System in order to develop and maintaining high operating maintain the standards and system-wide uniformity to increase the demand for the services rendered by all the Centers under public image of the System. Franchisee agrees to comply with the details of the System as specified by Franchisor in the Manuals, and to protect the Franchisor's reputation and goodwillor otherwise in writing.
