During Preconstruction Clause Samples

The "During Preconstruction" clause outlines the obligations and procedures that must be followed before actual construction work begins on a project. Typically, this clause details activities such as site assessments, design finalization, permitting, and coordination between the parties involved. By clearly defining the steps and responsibilities during the preconstruction phase, the clause helps ensure that all preparatory work is completed efficiently and that potential issues are addressed early, thereby reducing delays and misunderstandings once construction commences.
