Common use of Duration of Term Clause in Contracts

Duration of Term. The term of this Lease Agreement and of the lease herein made shall begin on the date of the delivery of this Lease Agreement and, subject to the provisions of this Lease Agreement, shall continue until midnight of March 1, 2014. The Issuer will deliver to the User possession of the Project on the commencement date of the Lease Term, subject to the inspection and other rights reserved in this Lease Agreement, and the User will accept possession thereof at such time; provided, however, the Issuer will be permitted such possession of the Project as shall be necessary and convenient for it to construct or install any additions or improvements and to make any repairs or restorations required or permitted to be constructed, installed or made by the Issuer pursuant to the provisions hereof.
